Returning Products

A product purchased on the site may be returned within 14 days of receiving the product from the customer – or within 14 days of receiving a written document detailing the details of the transaction (whichever is later) – along with a purchase invoice.

How to Return Products

If you wish to return (subject to the above), you must notify us of your desire to do so, via the site or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will send a courier to collect it. The costs of the courier will be borne by the customer.

3. Receiving a credit for returning a product

Receiving a refund for the cancellation of a purchase made on the site, subject to the above, will be made to the credit card with which the transaction was made, with the credit company.

Please note –

Your order may not be processed if, after completing the purchase process, the product you selected is out of stock, or if your credit card details and/or your full details were not recorded in the system.

In each of these cases, our customer service will contact you so that you can decide whether to continue with the order or cancel it.

Canceling an order before the product is shipped to the buyer will not incur any additional charges, and the money paid for the transaction will be refunded, including shipping fees.

Shipping:

1. Self-pickup is possible from distribution points in Kfar Saba, Petah Tikva, Rosh HaAyin and Jerusalem

2. Home delivery in the areas of Hadera to Gedera - shipping costs 39 NIS

3. Home delivery to residents of the north and south - depending on the size of the painting, shipping costs between 49-99 NIS

Question: What does digital art mean?

Answer: Digital art is drawn on a computer (my art is drawn on an iPad in drawing software using a special pen) Therefore, you can purchase any painting in a variety of sizes (even larger sizes than those listed on the site - if you are interested, please contact me privately). The paintings are printed on high-quality canvas. I examined a large number of printing houses and chose to work with the one that provides the highest printing quality and the most affordable price range.

Question: What does canvas mean?

Answer: Canvas is a canvas surface stretched over a wooden frame. Canvas allows for printing or painting of large, lightweight works suitable for hanging on the wall or framing.
