Returning products 

A product purchased on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer - or within 14 days from the date of receipt of a written document detailing the details of the transaction (whichever is later) - along with a purchase invoice.

How to return products

If you wish to return (subject to the above) you must inform us of your desire to do so, through the website or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will send a courier to pick it up. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 3. Getting a credit for returning a product

Receipt of a refund for the cancellation of a purchase made on the website, subject to the above, will be made to the credit card on which the transaction was made, with the credit company.

For your attention – 

Your order may not be placed if, after completing the purchase procedure, the product you selected is out of stock, or if your credit card details and/or your complete details have not been captured in the system.

In each of these cases, our customer service will contact you so that you can decide whether to continue with the order or cancel it.

Canceling an order before the product is delivered to the buyer will not incur an additional charge, and the funds he paid for the transaction will be returned to him, including the shipping fees.

1. There is a possibility of self-collection from distribution points in Kfar Saba, Petah Tikva, Rosh Ha'Ain and Jerusalem

2. Home delivery in the Hadera to Gedera areas - the delivery costs NIS 39

3. Home delivery for residents of the north and south - depending on the size of the painting, delivery cost between NIS 49-99 

Question: What does digital art mean?

Answer: Digital art is drawn in a computerized manner (my art is drawn on an iPad with drawing software using a special pen) Therefore, you can purchase any painting in a variety of sizes (even in larger sizes than what appears on the website - those who are interested are welcome to contact me privately) The paintings are printed on high quality canvas, I examined a large number of printing houses and chose to work with the one that provides the highest print quality and the most favorable price range. 

Question: What does canvas mean?

Answer: Canvas is a fabric surface stretched over a wooden frame. The canvas allows for the printing or painting of large light-weight works suitable for hanging on the wall or framing.
