Returning products
A product purchased on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer - or within 14 days from the date of receipt of a written document detailing the details of the transaction (whichever is later) - along with a purchase invoice.
How to return products
If you wish to return (subject to the above) you must notify us of your desire to do so, via the website or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will send a messenger to collect it. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
